We are committed to catalysing positive change within the jewellery industry without any affiliations, external control, or industry bias. Our organisation is fueled by a growing and talented team of environmentally committed people and governed by an external advisory board for accountability and transparency. Clear Neutral is owned by Terragreen Ventures - an environmental impact investment fund.
Advisory Board
Clear Neutral is guided by a purposefully crafted external Advisory Board. The primary purpose of the Clear Neutral Advisory Board is to provide strategic advice, counsel, and support to Clear Neutral’s operations, goals and mission. This support helps to keep Clear Neutral impartial, accountable and transparent in the achievement of its mission and service to it's customers.
Alastair Pryor
Associate Director - Innovation, Growth and Strategy, Frog Design
Alastair has a diverse background involving the founding of multiple socially focussed startups, consulting in innovation and leading projects for global organisations from Melbourne to San-Francisco, Ethopia and Germany for organisations such as the Red Cross Humanitech Innovation Fund, UN World Food Programme and the World Economic Forum. Alistair was also the recipient of the Victorian Young Entreprenuer Award and continues to advocate for innovative projects that solve social and climate issues affecting our planet.
Jai Felinski
Founder, Advisor, Investor, Climate Tech Fellow
Jai is a Melbourne based entrepreneur, founder, advisor, and investor with an insatiable appetite for impact, innovation and helping the climate fight. Jai delivers an incredibly broad set of skills and experience to our board - from founding and growing a multi-million dollar sustainable coffee e-commerce brand to a successful exit, winning an on-screen Shark Tank deal with Naomi Simson, scaling a medicinal cannabis startup to influencing the UN World Food Programme with an innovative alternative protein product among other investments.
Lachlan Renshaw
Managing Director, Centerstone Jewellery Insurance
With a well known and highly respected reputation throughout the Jewellery industry, Lachlan is the co-founder and driving force behind Centerstone Jewellery Insurance. Also the only member of the board with his own Wikipedia page, Lachlan is an Australian Olympian (2008 Beijing Olympics) with an illustrious career as a middle-distance track and field athlete and is the 2010 Australian Champion over 800 metres. Ever since, Lachlan has been driving change and achieving formidable results with his broad business experience.
Zane Harris

Zane Harris is a multi-skilled founder, investor and the CEO of Neuropower Group. Zane has a wealth of experience working with some of the most notable global brands, government agencies and NGOs to apply the latest behavioural science to solve interesting people challenges, drive performance and humanise work. In addition Zane is a partner at Strategic Momentum Group and NP Ventures and brings an exciting mix of business and human centric perspective to the Clear Neutral advisory board.

Phil Preston
Director, Clear Neutral
Phil is a jack of all trades bringing a wealth of experience to the leadership role. A number of successful startups and exits as well as multiple business awards under his belt, Phil's expertise encompasses strategy innovation, sales & marketing and achieving lofty goals. After the successful exit of his latest award-winning venture in 2019, Phil has stepped into the leadership role as both Director and a Co-owner of Clear Neutral.
